The Costa Brava, on the Northern coast of Catalonia, extends from Portbou to Blanes and offers a range of scenery that is a pleasure to see.
There are plenty of places to visit including the magnificent scenery of Cadaqués and the Salvador Dalí house museum at Portlligat. Take a trip to the fortifications at Roses and the Greek and Roman ruins at Empúries, or take in the diverse colours and smells at the botanical gardens at Blanes; and, of course, all the beaches along the coast.
There are numerous activities available, highly recommend is a visit to the Dalí Museum at Figueres and the Cinema Museum at Gerona together with a stroll around the old town, the Jewish Quarter and the cathedral.
If you want to have fun from sunrise to sunset, you can enjoy yourself on the many beaches and coves. Go for a walk along the different coastal paths and enjoy the weather and the views. There are also numerous water sports available and an array of golf courses.
