WIN tickets to see Little Mix at first direct arena

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Leeds Bradford Airport Limited (Company Number 02065958) of Leeds, LS19 7TU.

2. The prize draw

The title of the prize draw is ‘WIN tickets to see Little Mix at first direct arena’.

3. How to enter

3.1 The prize draw will run until 09:00 BST on Thursday 12th October 2017 (the "Closing Date"). All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 09:00 BST on the Closing Date. All entries received after 09:00 BST on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.2 To enter the prize draw, you need to go to www.leedsbradfordairport.co.uk and submit the online entry form provided by 09:00 BST on the Closing Date. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing that you will be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.3 The Promoter will not accept: (a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

3.6 The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3.7 A winner will be chosen at random within 6 hours of the Closing Date.

3.8 The winner will be notified by the email they provided within 24 hours of the Closing Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 48 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:

(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2 Certain prize draws may have additional eligibility requirements such as valid passports, visas, driving licences, good physical health, age constraints etc and it is the prize draw winner’s responsibility to comply with these requirements.

4.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw and it is within the Promoter’s sole discretion as to whether or not the requirements have been satisfied.

4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person made by a person using their legal name only once. The use of any automated software or other mechanical or electronic means that permits any person to enter a prize draw repeatedly is prohibited.

4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw. This may mean that you have to return any prize awarded to you.

5. The prize

5.1 Two prizes will be awarded. Each prize comprises two tickets to see Little Mix at first direct arena on Saturday 14th October 2017 at 14:30.

5.2 Third party suppliers of prizes may also stipulate their own terms, conditions or restrictions and all prize draw winners agree to be bound by these. Where a prize involves attendance at (or tickets to) an event, the winner acknowledges that the Promoter is not liable if any part of the event is cancelled, varied or rescheduled for any reason. If this means the winner (and or any accompanying guest) is unable to attend the event, the Promoter shall be under no obligation to provide alternative tickets.

5.3 Prizes are subject to availability and are not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prize.

5.4 The prize winner will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the winner responding to the Promoter under clause 3.8 above.

6. Winner announcement

6.1 The Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who emails within one month after the Closing Date requesting details of the winner to the email address set out in clause 3.4.

6.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

7. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection and publicity

8.1 If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

8.2 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

8.3 By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the prize draw.

9. General

9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
