Medical and First Aid
We have trained first aiders on shift 24/7. If you need assistance, please speak to a member of staff, and a first aider will be contacted to help you promptly.
Information Points
Whilst our reception desk is closed due to our ongoing refurbishment we have staff on the ground who are able to assist you and answer any queries.
Airline desks are available for your flight needs in our check-in halls and there are a number of electronic screens located throughout the terminal showing information on flight departures and arrivals.
LBA also has a number of ATM's throughout the terminal building if you are in need of some cash.
Airport Wifi
Save your data and use our free, unlimited, wireless internet available throughout the terminal.
Connecting is easy, just follow these steps:
- Find our network “LeedsBradfordAirport_Free_WiFi” or "LBAPassenger Wifi" on your device and click to connect.
- Complete the browser form by entering your details.
- And that’s it, you’re free to browse online, stream music and check-in on social media (don’t forget to tag us!).
Toilets
Due to our ongoing refurbishment there is currently no changing place before security. Toilets are located outside the terminal front for passengers to use before going through security.
Smoking at the airport
There is only one designated smoking area at Leeds Bradford Airport which is located outside the terminal before security.
Electronic cigarettes are permitted for use only in the designated smoking area. For electronic cigarettes, please check with your airline whether they are allowed on board the aircraft.
We remind passengers travelling from LBA that it is illegal to smoke indoors and we have a zero-tolerance policy.
Passengers found smoking or vaping in the terminal could be issued with a fine of up to £2,500 and ejected from the airport, even if this means passengers missing their flight
Swissport
Swissport offer ground handling services to many of the airlines operating at Leeds Bradford Airport. This may mean that Lost Luggage or ticketing enquiries should be directed to Swissport based on the ground floor of our terminal.

Livewell Vending
Local supplier, Livewell Vending, operate a range of automated vending stations at Leeds Bradford Airport. At convenient locations after security, these stations provide quick and easy access to a range of ice-cold drinks and tasty snacks as well as other travel essentials. All items can be purchased using debit and credit cards, and all other types of contactless payment.
One Hour Free Zone
Park for up to one hour for free in our parking zone that’s great for picking up and dropping off passengers. Located 3-4 minutes’ walk from the terminal it is ideal for parking up and heading inside to meet arriving passengers.
Directions to our One Hour Free car park
Follow the One Hour Free car park signs from Whitehouse Lane. As you enter the approach road, stay in the right-hand lane and continue right after the barrier.
The postcode for the car park is LS19 7UE.
Getting to the terminal
The One Hour Free Parking Zone is located a 3-4 minutes’ walk on an incline to the terminal. Passengers should follow the walkway provided through the Mid Stay car park.
Recirculation Charge
Re-entry within 1 hour of exiting the car park will incur a minimum charge of £68, which will provide up to 1 day of parking.
Joos Phone Charger Rental
Running low on charge?
If you're running low on power then you are in luck. You can rent a Joos power bank from one of our 2 charging stations. The first power bank is located by Check In Hall A and the second is located after security by departure gates 1 & 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to rent a unit.
