New from the 1st April 2026, we are please to announce that we are expanding the Six Eight One Lounge to create a new quiet area perfect for adults and business travellers. 

• A dedicated area of 65 seats perfect for adults who want a quieter start to their holiday
• Private tea, coffee and soft drinks area with a deliver to table waiter bar service
• Floor to ceiling windows looking out towards the airfield
• Dedicated workstations with ample charging points, perfect for business users

Our signature cocktail, expertly crafted by the award-winning mixologists at Tabula Rasa in Leeds, brings a true taste of Yorkshire to the Six Eight One Lounge.

This elegant blend of rhubarb and ginger gin, zesty lemon juice, Passoã, and a touch of Aqua Faba offers the perfect balance of tart and sweet, finished with a silky smooth texture. Inspired by local ingredients and Yorkshire’s bold character, the Yorkshire Lass is a celebration of flavour, heritage, and craftsmanship.

Exclusively available as part of the drinks offering in Six Eight One, it’s a standout choice for those looking to begin their journey with something special.

Start your day right with our breakfast buffet, including:

• Cold Selection: Natural yoghurt bar with forest fruit compote, honey, mixed seeds, dried fruit, and a range of cereals and fresh fruit.
• Bakery Favourites: Croissants, Danish pastries, and sliced bloomer breads ready for toasting, served with butter and preserves.
• Hot Breakfast Options: Grilled back bacon, pork butchers’ sausages, black pudding, hash browns, baked beans, roasted mushrooms, grilled vine tomatoes, scrambled eggs, and fried eggs.

From Lunch to Dinner...

Our lunch and evening buffet offers a regularly changing selection of freshly prepared hot dishes, including:

• Meat & Poultry Favourites: Sticky barbecue chicken served with wedges and salt & pepper corn cobs, herb-marinated pork cutlet with apple sauce and pickled red onions, or our signature 681 Yorkshire Pudding Shepherd’s Pie with braised lamb mince and mature cheddar mash.
• Global & Spiced Dishes: Classic beef madras with pilau rice, naan breads and mango chutney, or harissa-roasted vegetable casserole with feta and preserved lemon couscous.
• Vegetarian & Plant-Based Options: Harissa-spiced vegetable casserole (vg) or pasta in a creamy mushroom sauce, served with garlic bread.
• Fish & Classic Comforts: Battered cod fillet with wedges, minted mushy peas and market vegetables.

All dishes are subject to change at the kitchen’s discretion.
