Leeds Bradford Airport is located between Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate and is easily accessible by public transport. A wide range of bus services running daily from early morning to late evening, including weekends and bank holidays, make it quick and convenient to get to the airport.

National Express

Transfer to/from Leeds Bradford Airport anywhere in the country with a National Express service connecting at Leeds Coach Station. Travel between Leeds Bradford Airport and Leeds Coach Station is made using Flying Tiger service 757 (see below).

The Harrogate Plus Zone covers the whole of Harrogate and Knaresborough, and extends all the way to Ripley and Harewood Bridge on the 36 and Wetherby on the 70 & 71.

Note to Private Hire Bus and Coach Operators bringing vehicles to the airport

Private Hire Bus and Coach drivers should initially follow the signage to the Terminal Front Express area. As they approach the terminal front, there is a dedicated lane without a height restriction which is marked on the road “Bus & Taxi only”. Approach the barrier and a yellow token will be issued. Follow the sign which says “Minibuses and coaches only” and park up where it is safe and clear to do so. 

To leave this area, insert the parking token in the machine which is located near to the exit barrier. Payment for parking can be made by cash or card. A receipt may be requested.

Charges are as follows:

  • £7 for up to 30 minutes
  • £15 for 30-60 minutes
  • Then an additional £15 per hour or part-hour thereafter
