Monty’s American Diner lands at Leeds Bradford Airport

New all-day dining concept, Monty’s, opens today at Leeds Bradford Airport.

The American inspired diner, owned by SSP UK & Ireland who operate other food & drink outlets at the airport including the award-winning Tap + Brew Craft Beer Bar and Kitchen, will be serving all-day and breakfast menus full of family favourites.

Located in the Departures Lounge, the new casual dining spot will offer passengers the perfect place to grab a quick bite on their way through the airport, or a chance to sit down and relax as they wait for their flight. Designed for families and passengers of all ages, Monty’s will bring even more choice to those travelling through LBA from this Autumn.

On the breakfast menu, available until 11am, diners can choose from sweet favourites such as waffles and French toast bites, as well as traditional savoury breakfasts, chicken and waffles, and a full menu of classic American bagels.

For those looking for a bigger meal, the all-day menu will serve hearty American classics such as smash burgers, wings, hot dogs, and mac & cheese as well as a BBQ platter. The kids’ menu, will offer a selection of breakfast options including waffles, beans on toast and scrambled eggs on toast, with the all-day menu serving burgers, chicken tenders and mac & cheese.

Monty’s will also serve a full drinks menu, with both soft and alcoholic beverages on offer including classic thick shakes and a variety of ‘hardshakes’ and cocktails for the adults.

The new opening comes as Leeds Bradford Airport continues its refurbishment, with a new central search area opening next month. The redevelopment has seen the terminal expand to offer 83% more seating, alongside new shopping and dining concepts which will now be joined by Monty’s.

Monty’s Diner will be open daily from first until last flight.
