About the role
·Be friendly and approachable to passengers at all times assisting them to get through their security journey in a timely and effective manner.
·To control access into restricted areas of the airport.
·To undertake patrols of the airport terminal and grounds.
·To operate x-ray equipment to screen all baggage passing through the airport.
·To carry out full and effective searches of people, baggage and vehicles.
·To deal with on-site security incidents with the team.
·To provide excellent customer service to all colleagues and passengers travelling through the airport.
