About the role:
·To provide excellent customer service to all colleagues and passengers travelling through the airport
·To deliver a variety of operational duties including, but not limited to, assisting with the journey of our special assistance customers, bussing operations and safely moving customers' vehicles throughout LBA car parks
·To operate and monitor the car parking and special assistance computer systems
·To deal with passengers directly by answering queries throughout their journey in our terminal
