Prepare for your flight
Go through passport control
After your plane has landed, you should allow time to leave the plane and then enter Passport Control in the terminal. Have your passport or identity card ready and any visas required.
Collect your luggage
Once through Passport Control you will reach the baggage collection area where screens will tell you which belt to collect your flight’s luggage from. If your luggage is missing you’ll need to contact your airline to report this.
