Yes, you can amend your Fast Track booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled entry time by visiting Manage My Booking and requesting a change.

Unfortunately, Fast Track bookings are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions. If your flight has been cancelled, you may be able to claim the cost back through your airline or travel insurance provider.

We recommend arriving at the time advised by your airline, allowing at least two hours before your flight departure. Please note that we are not responsible for missed flights due to delays at check-in or security.

How does Fast Track work?

The Fast Track lane is located on the right-hand side when entering security. This lane allows you to bypass the main queue and proceed directly to the boarding pass e-gates. No additional QR codes or vouchers are needed, you just need to show both your Fast Track confirmation email and boarding pass.
After passing through the e-gates, you&rsquo;ll go through the same security checks and regulations as all other passengers.
